The rotary wheel is a fully stainless steel welded structure.The machine applies unique overturning bottle clamp, This bottle clamp grips bottle at neck position, avoiding bottle mouth thread contamination caused by rubber gripper block of a traditional bottle clamp. Made of SUS304 stainless steel, this bottle clamp is hygienic and durable. The high efficiency atomizing spay nozzle installed on bottle clamp is capable of cleaning any part of bottle inner wall, and also saves rinsing water. The rinser is driven by driving system positioned inside machine frame via gear transmission.
Using high-precision, high-speed filling valve, the liquid level is accurate without liquid loss, ensuring excellent filling quality; the valve will not be opened when there is no bottle, and the liquid material will not be lost, ensuring excellent filling quality; the filling valve is made of high-quality stainless steel. The seal adopts the conical surface method, which is easy to clean and has no scaling. After the bottle mouth contacts the filling valve, it opens to complete the filling process. The filling valve is equipped with a flow control mechanism, and the flow rate can be set within a certain range according to actual needs.
The cap-dropping guide of the capping machine adopts the technology with a cover and is equipped with a mechanism to prevent the passage of the reverse cover and the removal of the reverse cover. At the same time, a set of photoelectric switches are installed. When there is no cover on the cover-dropping guide, the machine will automatically stop running, which can effectively avoid no The appearance of the capped bottle.
